Sky Asia DMC Pvt. Ltd. operates as a travel service provider and arranges services through hotels, transport operators, airlines, activity providers, and destination partners.

All payments made towards tour packages, hotel bookings, transportation bookings, travel arrangements, and related services are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing by Sky Asia DMC Pvt. Ltd..

Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been processed, cancellations by the customer shall not be eligible for refunds.

In rare situations where refunds are approved at our sole discretion, the refund amount shall be subject to deductions imposed by airlines, hotels, transportation providers, local partners, payment gateway charges, taxes, and administrative fees.

Any approved refund shall be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method.
